About the study programme
The doctoral study programme is intended for those interested in scientific research and independent creative activity in research or development. The study focuses on vehicles and their sub-assemblies and provides advanced knowledge in the design, development, manufacture and maintenance of vehicles and their components. It also focuses on research into new technologies and innovations, such as electric and autonomous vehicles.
Students will learn to solve complex automotive problems using computer simulations and modelling. Access to modern laboratories and technologies and collaboration with leading experts in the field is a matter of course. Graduates of the PhD programme will find successful employment in both industrial companies and academia.
Conditions of Admission to Study
Graduates of technically or science-oriented master's studies and students of this type of study who complete it by the date of the admission interview may apply for doctoral studies. The applicant must be present in person at the discussion during the admission procedure.
