Course of instruction

Theoretical teaching

Students acquire theoretical knowledge in lectures and exercises in individual subjects. The division into smaller study groups ensures a personal approach. At the same time, teaching occurs in modern facilities where students can benefit from real demonstrations of various technical solutions.

DESIGN AND SIMULATION

Powerful graphic workstations are used in the classroom where students can design, analyse, simulate and optimise machines and their parts using various modern and specialised software tools.

DESIGN AND SIMULATION

Laboratory &  EXPERIMENTs

Our laboratories provide students with access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Students can experimentally verify the functionality of the designed structural units and their components through tests and experiments. The laboratories are also available for students to solve their final theses.

TEACHING AND STUDY FACILITIES

THEORY AND PROJECT-BASED LEARNING

The computer room is used for construction and simulation using powerful graphics stations. Students can work with various modern CA-technologies that allow them to design, analyse and optimise machines and their parts. They gain valuable hands-on experience with computer-aided design.

The premises are used both for teaching and for independent work of students in solving year projects or bachelor and master theses.

DESIGN AND SIMULATION

Powerful graphics workstations have various modern software tools that allow students to design, analyse, simulate and optimise machines and their parts. Using them, they gain practical skills in computer-aided design and computational modelling.

These tools are used both for direct teaching and for independent work of students in solving year projects or bachelor and master theses.

Laboratory and experiments

In our department, you will find modern laboratories that offer a wide range of possibilities for experimental teaching and analysis of technical problems. Students have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technologies, which allow them to verify the functionality of designed structural units and their components through tests and experiments. We are constantly improving and upgrading our research facilities to help our students gain as much practical experience and knowledge in engineering as possible.

The laboratories are available to students in the framework of regular teaching and when solving final theses.
